During their time at the Grammar school, students have a number of opportunities to participate in one or more of the educational trips organised by members of staff. The junior trip takes students from forms one and two away for about three days. In the last two years destinations have included London and Paris. As part of the Transition year programme, form four students spend a week at an adventure centre where they participate in a variety of sporting and team building activities. |
| Throughout the six years of secondary school, numerous day trips are arranged to the theatre,Concert Hall, museums, galleries, exhibitions, sites of historical interest in and around the city, as well as a senior Geography field trip and both junior and senior Biology field trips. All of these activities broaden and enhance the learning experience and are considered by us to be an integral part of a young person's education. |
